[Plugin: CMS Tree Page View] Page order for custom post types not working

Hi P?r,

thanks for this fantastic plugin.

I have an issue with ordering custom post types.
They can re-arrange them via drag-n-drop in the admin area, but when I write them out on the page, the site tree order remains unchanged.
It works fine for normal posts/pages.

Is that a plugin issue or do I need to add something to my query code to fix that?
