[Plugin: CloudFlare] No API Key / Email fields on Plugin Settings page

    For about half my sites, when I go to the CloudFare Configuration page (/wp-admin/plugins.php?page=cloudflare) the Database Optimizer is the last thing shown on the page…there’s no fields to enter API Key or Email.

    WordPress version doesn’t seem to be a factor as some sites with 3.05 and 3.1 work and others don’t. I’m thinking maybe there’s a conflict with another plugin. Very strange bug for sure.

    Any ideas?
