Plugin Closed!!!

    I was trying to get SupporCandy for a new website I am working on only to find out it is no longer available for download and that the plugin is pending a full review.

    Could you please shed some light on the issue? Should I look for an alternative?

    Hello there,
    There are few security fixes needed to be done. This may take upto 48 hrs to be available to download again.
    Meanwhile, please create a ticket on our website so that we can provide you latest stable version.

    I’ve had the unfortunate experience of this happening to one of my plugins. It sucks. Panic sets in, but you can’t rush the fix. Patch it good rather than fast. My copies are inactive until you are good to go.

    Love your product. It helps me immensely.

    It’s been long 48 hours now. Is there any updated schedule when the Plugin is available again?

    The plugin is now back live to download and update.

    We have actively worked together with WordPress team to get this resolved but because of holidays, it is delayed from both parties.
