[Plugin: Clicky by Yoast] Get Clicky not working

Hi,
I have put in the site id, site key and admin site key into Clicky and it doesn’t seem to be working. I am using page templates on my WP site, but I’ve checked that wp_footer() is called in the page template.

I have Ghostery installed, and it doesn’t seem to pick up GetClicky as a tracker, althrough Google Analytics and Facebook Connect are.

I have also tried deactivating/activating the plugin as I read that this worked for someone else.

Is there any code that clicky adds to the wp page? eg, I can see the code if I look at the page source?
