[Plugin: Clicky] BUGS AND ISSUES WITH CLICKY.ME PLUGIN

  • I just want to report some issues I am having that I hope you can help with.

    -Whenever I edit a page or blog post the clicky.me plugin auto-tweets it. Is there a way to prevent this or make it an option?

    -When I schedule a blog post and it goes live, clicky.me only auto-tweets the URL instead of blog post title and URL (sometimes).

    -More options in the auto-tweet plugin would be great, like being able to choose the symbol between a title and URL. Default seems to be a dash right now.

    -The auto-tweet function won’t turn off and it sometimes tweets without a page title, just the link.

  • The plug-in was working, but I just changed my wordpress theme and now it’s not working.

    So I upgraded thinking that might fix it, that didn’t work. So I reset all the site keys, still not working.

    now I’m having to put the code directly on my page. I would rather use the plug-in though.

    Also something else I noticed…if a page or post is already integrated with clicky.me you can’t change whether or not it auto-tweets when it is updated. This is a pain especially since I have some pages that I update regularly so auto-tweeting them each time would seem a bit spammy.

    The option to auto-tweet seems to only be available when creating a new post or page.

    I hope the developer has noticed these bug reports. I run a high-traffic site and pay for the premium clicky service so it would be great if this was fixes real soon.

    Is anyone paying attention to these support threads?

    I need a response soon so I can decide whether or not to stick to clicky or cancel my account.
