• Cindy, thank you. This is genius, not to mention clever. Since most of my tasks are centered around WP, it only makes sense to have my todo list there too. So thank you.

If you’re ever in need of feature requests, I’d like to have the to-do list right there on the todo page rather than going to the Dashboard. And it is there, in edit mode, but combining the edit mode and list view would be ideal. In other words, if it were sorted by category rather than date added, it would be immediately usable and editable without having to switch pages.

Also, I would add the New To Do action to the top, so the user never has to go down to the bottom of the page to make a new item. That way the completed stuff just falls off the page into obscurity, until deleted.

In other words, (a thousand of them) the top would ideally look like this:

Hopefully my potentially-annoying feature request did not negate any of my earlier praise. It’s an incredible plug-in and I’m very thankful for your work, Kato

    Just now saw this. Thanks.

That’s an interesting thought, having the add new item above the list. I’ll have to think about doing that.

I’m not sure what you mean about having the list on the todo page instead of going to the dashboard. If you change the Sort Order under Settings to Category, it should be sorting them by that on the todo page.

Using the shortcodes, you do not have to go to the backend.
