[Plugin: Cleaner Gallery] Thumbnails clean, but PrettyPhoto not working in 3.4.1

In 3.4.1, gallery display within WordPress template is fixed, but launching the external gallery script via PrettyPhoto fails. PrettyPhoto is used elsewhere in my theme without fail, so not sure what the problem could be.
