[Plugin: Clean-Contact] not being emails through right

I have setup clear contact and have placed a form on 3 of my sites pages. Each time someone fills in the form only get the anything writing that has been put into the message area.
For some reason I am not getting the Name, email address and subject.
Can anyone please help
