    Which version of plugin do you use ? What errors do you have in your server error logs when you try use this plugin ?
    Do you see any errors in Firebug (Firefox add-on) ?
    Please check in Firebug’s net tab if all request are correct.
    What server and php version do you use ?
    In what way you try to install it (I mean by WordPress plugin manager or upload files by yourself) ?
