[Plugin: Cimy User Manager] International characters

Hi Marco,
I’ve noticed that when importing users, if your plugin get a character like “?” it stops importing. For instance if I try to import something like “Madrid,Catalu?a,Murcia” I get something like “Madrid,Catalu”
How can I fix it? Thanks.
