Plugin changes updated in subversion repo, but version no changing

I hope this is the right place to ask.

I updated my plugin WPChameleon to 1.2. The README changes got pulled on to the website and the download link links to the new version, but the version number still hasn’t updated in the quick stats. This has worked before when I updated from 1.0 -> 1.1. Why isn’t it working now?
