Plugin changes listing set up when active

I’m sorry to hear the plugin distorts the page structure.

Could you please create a staging site, then do the following?

• Check for conflict to see which theme/plugin CSS/JS is affected by the Preview plugin. Please see this link to assist https://happyaddons.com/plugin-conflict-in-wordpress/
• Clear Cache (Server and Plugin)

If the issue continues after this, could you please paste your Site Health Info to pastebin.com? This can be found by going to Tools > Site Health > Info and clicking “Copy site info to clipboard”.

Hey there and thanks for getting back to me. It looks like the issue is that it’s not compatible with my theme. I did the troubleshooting tests and the moment I enabled my current site’s theme, it gave me the issue with how it’s viewed.

The theme that I’m using is Creatify and is using WordPress’ Block Builder which I suspect may be the real issue since it worked fine when using one of WordPress’ default themes.

Apologies for the late response.

I have checked this theme, and its structure is definitely quite different compared to other themes. While I cannot promise a fix as it’ll take a while to understand how the theme works, I am going to look into it more.
