Hi. I have been using your latest cForms 9.1 plugin (which is pretty sweet, by the way) on a wordpress 2.6.3 install. Recently, my webpage’s output went blank (all outward-facing pages had no source information and the screen output was a blank white page) and at first I thought that there was a problem with the apache server… However, all my admin pages were still accessable… So the server was up & php was rendering… It was just my front-facing pages that had become blank (when you try to view source the source file is empty… absolutely no rendering information is being sent to the browser). I tried disabling all my plugins, and my site started functioning again. Through trial and error I isolated your plugin as the culprit for the problem. The weird thing is, I made no changes to my website before this problem occured. It seemingly happened “out of the blue”. Furthermore, I tried to uninstall/reinstall the plugin and it still causes the mysterious problem, even when using older versions. Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

Other plugins I am using include:

    Akismet
    Lightbox 2
    Permalink Redirect
    Post-Plugin Library
    Quotes Collection
    Tiny MCE Advanced
    WP Database Backup
    WP Polls
    Google XML Sitemaps

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Looks like a PHP MEM issue…

oh?> How does that occur, and why do my admin pages (also utilizing PHP mem) still load?

I’m not too sure PHP Memory limit is the problem considering 2 things (Granted I am no expert on apache server specifications).

    1. I had all plugins/configurations installed/setup for a decent period of time and all were functioning properly. No (known) changes was made between the time when the website functioned and when it no longer functioned

    2. The error also occurs on pages that do not load the plugin that seems to cause the problem. All “public” pages are affected (load as blank pages), whether they load CForms plugin or not. However, all admin pages load fine – including the CForms settings pages (wouldn’t this be where the most PHP mem is used anyway?)

My PHP Memory is set to 32 M… I would assume that should be enough to handle this form? Unfortunately, this Contact plugin is the only one that meets my needs for the website in question… Any help appreciated.

I have the same issue with 9.2. Site has been working fine but now its dead, all blank pages, and i had tested the same plugin on a dev site with all the same plugins and it was fine. Only difference was the dev site is in a subdomain. Admin system working perfectly. Any ideas would be much appreciated

I got my site working by reinstalling a database backup. I didn’t see the uninstall option within cform which might have cleared up better than just deactivating it in the plugin page.
