[Plugin: CDN Sync Tool] changes to layout no longer showing

I installed this plug in to help with page load speed and I do see a positive change. However, I’ve noticed when I change anything on my layout it looks fine for a while but a few hours later when I open my blog, the changes are not showing and my blog is back like it was previously. An example is a widget image in my sidebar. It was 350px wide. I replaced it with a 300 wide image. Then today I look and the previous 350 image is there again. I’ve also noticed this happening on page views too. And on category pages ( they are always much lower than the main page and the category pages show previous image sizes and layouts – not the current)

What do I need to do to fix this?
