• I have installed and enabled the plugin and it works fine a while and then brings the whole site down. Tried installing latest version but same thing happens. After enabling debugging I saw the error:

“Warning: require_once(C:\mysite\wp-content\plugins\sendgrid-email-delivery-simplified\lib\class-sendgrid-virtual-page): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\mysite\wp-content\plugins\sendgrid-email-delivery-simplified\lib\class-sendgrid-mc-optin.php on line 5

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘C:\mysite\wp-content\plugins\sendgrid-email-delivery-simplified\lib/class-sendgrid-virtual-pages.php’ (include_path=’.;C:\php\pear’) in C:\inetpub\www.gascoynes.co.uk\wp-content\plugins\sendgrid-email-delivery-simplified\lib\class-sendgrid-mc-optin.php on line 5”

That file exists though so I don’t see the problem?

    Hello.

Thank you for reporting this issue. We will try to reproduce it and get back to you.

In the meantime can you provide some more information for us in order to debug this:
    1. Which PHP version are you using on Windows?
    2. Which version of IIS are you using on which version of Windows?

    Thank you,
    SendGrid

    Thanks for replying.

    1. PHP 7.0.15
    2. IIS8/Windows Server 2012 R2

I’m not sure if SendGrid is the issue now as site is randomly coming down (about once a day) with the same error but about different plugins, even core wordpress files. Updated to latest WordPress yesterday but happened again.
