Plugin Causing Loading Issues

  • Hello,

    Been using this plugin for awhile now on a variety of websites. Usually without issue. Except for one website. For some reason, whenever the plugin is activated it causes extremely slow load times, sometimes the site just loads a white page, and sometimes I get a 500 server error. I have tried a variety of fixes including increasing the memory limit in wp-config.php and setting the htaccess file back to blank and letting it rebuild.

    What else can I do to fix this?

    Oh and just for reference, we are using the Kallyas Theme.

    Hey Chris,

    You might want to ask your host to increase your PHP memory and max execution time. Sometimes they put a limit on what you can increase yourself.
