Plugin causing issue with Thumbnail Gallery

I have the plugin Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce installed on my site. When I activate CTX Feed, all of the variation images for all of the variations get grouped together into the first variation. This can be seen in the DOM and can easily be checked by trying to change the order of the first variation. (All of the variations on the first page are grouped together and move as one variation) On the front end, there are no variation images on any of the products except the first. It appears there is a missing closing div as the following variations cascade into the first. I have disabled all plugins to troubleshoot and only when I activate CTX Feed does the problem occur. I do not see any errors in the console that would apply to this issue.
