Still looking for a solution for that issue

    Hi @muhammadzak/@ramiadob,

Thanks for writing in with your issue, I’d be happy to look into this for you. To do so, I’ll need a bit more information! Other than the inability to switch between Text/Visual editors, are there any errors that are printed to screen or logs?

Are you both using the latest version of the plugin when this occurred? Do you have the YITH product filter plugin installed by any chance? I ask, as we’ve seen a conflict with the way this adjusted the product tags before.

If there aren’t any errors that you can see, and you haven’t got the YITH plugin installed, then I’d love to take a closer look to see what might be happening here. In which case, please could you raise a support request via our support form for us to receive credentials to your store securely?

    Cheers!

    Simon.

Hello, I’m using latest version of all of my plugins including your plugin and YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin, I don’t know how to find errors, So how to fix that issue?

I disabled all YITH plugins and the issue still exist

    Hey @muhammadzak,

Thanks so much for trying that! In which case, I’ll need a closer look at the store to see what errors might be thrown in the browser, and then pass this along to our developers to see if we can fix it.

Please could you raise a support request via our support form so that we can receive credentials to the site privately?

    Cheers!

    Simon.
