    Hi,

I have a couple of installations where when this plugin is activated it breaks certain admin-ajax.php requests with the following error…

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

The minute I deactivate the plugin on the installations all work as expected again. This is the only plugin I have had the issue with in over 3 years.

Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on why this might be happening?

I think this is a great plugin, and would love to use it on these installations.

    sham

    Hi @sham0i51,

This might be a server-side limitation on your site which can be solved by increasing the WordPress memory limit. Please try following the instruction in the article here.

    Thanks for the reply.

No unfortunately that did not work. I deactivated all other plugins except this one and the issue persists. It works in all other scenarios when this plugin is deactivated, no matter how many plugins are activated.

Not to worry, I try find a workaround.

    Hi @webtoffee,

Thanks for following up. I couldn’t manage to overcome the issue while using your plugin on these two specific installations. I even tried on a different hosting account and still the same issue. It’s a strange anomaly. It’s ok though, I’m using another cookie notice solution on these two installations which has overcome the issue for me. I’m still running your plugin with no hassle on a lot of others.

    Thanks again.
    Sham
