Hello, first of all really appreciate this great plugin! I updated the plugin to the latest version 1.3.12 and my website started to behaving weird and getting errors causing the site to go down like this fatal error:

Found this fatal error with Debug:

    Hi @adam3d!

Can you tell me what version of the main Easy Digital Downloads plugin your site is using?

    Version 2.9.17

Did you also update Easy Digital Downloads core at the same time?

not sure what you mean, but I did updates on the plugins once they show that they have an update, they might be updated at the same day.

@adam3d I think the issue happened because both the main Easy Digital Downloads plugin and the EDD Auto Register plugin were updated at the same time, resulting in a brief period where the problem could arise.

We have code checks in place that are intended to prevent this from happening but something with the timing of the update installs triggered it.

We will keep an eye on it and get a fix pushed out as able.

If I deleted the EDD Auto Register plugin and reinstall it again, would this fix the issue for my site and it can function normally like before or it might take the site down? I do like this plugin alot, but I want to make sure it will not take the site down?

No need to delete and re-install. You should be able to safely re-activate it now without any other changes.

We’ve just pushed an update that prevents the problem. Please update to 1.3.13 of Auto Register to resolve the issue.
