Plugin causes submenus to disappear on off canvas

Main menu works fine with submenus. If you look on a small screen resolution with the off canvas menu, the submenus are missing.

They come back if you disable the plugin so it’s definitely the plugin causing it.

I went into the off canvas menu settings and selected “Integrate QuadMenu in this theme location.” and the menu doesn’t work at all now.
