I am getting these error messages:
The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.

The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.

Background updates may not be working properly.
Warning Could not confirm that the wp_version_check() filter is available.

My hosting provider tech support person said: “Once I disabled that plugin, not only it fixed the errors, but your WordPress backend became faster and more responsive. I believe that plugin has some coding issues that is affecting the performance of your website and causing errors.”

    Can you fix the problems?

I am having the same issue. I have self hosted WP 5.4.2 and WP-MultiNetwork. Trying to completely delete WooCommerce and the Conditional Discounts for WooCommerce plugins. Unable to do so as some information remains – like WooCommerce setup details and the Conditional Discounts settings.

Additionally I am unable to see the WooCommerce REST API key details when it is generated. I just get the loading icon – however if I click on any other link and come back to the REST APi tab – it shows that a key has been generated in the background.

Will really appreciate any help / guidance on how to troubleshoot. Thanks.

    Hello @zerodiscount ,
Our plugin is not meant to be run in a multisite installation…

@mano88 – how do I delete all the plugin related setup fields under the Site Settings?

    Hello,
Are you working with the free or the pro version?
If it’s the free one, we don’t store anything in the options table. If it’s the premium version, we store all our settings with the name wad-options

The discounts settings are stored in the post meta table with the meta key o-discount

12/2019, I am experiencing the same issue and had to uninstall the free version of the plugin.

@xenonofarcticus the exact same error? If so, can you share the steps to reproduce them?

I am getting these same error messages:

    Wordpress 5.3.2
    Avada theme 6.1.3

Once I deactivate the plugin, the error go away. No other plugin is causing this issue.

@georgjoutras how do you create the error? What are the steps to reproduce it?

    geoj

    (@georgjoutras)

It is recreated any time the CONDITIONAL DISCOUNTS plugin is activated. To recreate, I go to TOOLS then SITE HEALTH on the WORDPRESS side panel. Running SITE HEALTH always comes back with the same two critical errors when the plugin is activated. If I deactivate or delete it, the errors go away.

    (@georgjoutras)

I’ve verified it is tied to only the CONDITIONAL DISCOUNTS plugin. I’ve deactivated every other plugin, and still get the same result of errors.
