Plugin causes form not to show when using submit button conditional logic

  • When i use conditional logic to show the submit button based on a selection of a radio button, the entire form gets a display:none and the form does not show at all.

    I like your slider, but it has to work with submit button conditional logic. Can you see what’s wrong here? Thanks.
