    It looks like updating a plugin caused a fatal error on your site, correct?

    To clarify, was the plugin that trigged this error WooCommerce, or was a different plugin updated that resulted in this error?

    I’d like to have a better understanding of your sites current environment, please can you share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

    Hi Roxy, thanks for helping out! Yes, the problem occurred, when I tried to update the problem.

    I am not sure if I can give you the reports you are asking for with the plugin inactive… If I can I don’t know how. And I can’t activate it because then nothing works and the fatal error occurs.

    What should I do?

    When I try to reactivate the plugin I get this error:

    I deactivated Jetpack (as in the code there was a compatibility problem mentioned) and now WooCommerce works…

    There shouldn’t be any incompatibility issue between WooCommerce and Jetpack, but ensure that you’re running the latest available versions of those plugins.

    It could be an issue with the theme (Tema activo: CleanSkin), so if you have access to the dashboard, I’d consider switching to Storefront and seeing if the error persists.

    If you can’t disable plugins or change the theme from the dashboard you’d want to access your site via FTP. Here’s how to do it: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/.
