• Hi,

This seems like a great plugin, but it is making my custom taxonomies disappear.

I have a custom post type and custom taxonomy set up using CPT UI plugin, the custom taxonomy has terms (PS4 & PS5).

Custom taxonomy (platform) is linked to the game post type and always shows in the admin menu under Games. The structured data plugin seems to cause the taxonomy (and it’s terms) to not show in any UI elements. Platform is now gone from the admin menu under Games and no longer shows in post area when I add a new game, the term link on the front end also now just go to the homepage rather than displaying the games under that term using the taxonomy-platform.php template.

The taxonomy is still in the database but does not show in any UI elements like it is supposed to.

I have deactivated all plugins and re-activated one by one to test, on activating structured data plugin the platform taxonomy disappears from menus, etc.

I have checked plugin settings but can’t see anything that would cause this. I will have to deactivate the plugin for now.

Can you possibly have a look into what could be causing this, the platform would be part of structured data I would want to add but this plugin causes the platform taxonomy to dissapear.

    Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Theres not much to show in screenshots I’m afraid. Structured Data plugin removes the custom taxonmy form the admin menu. Normally the taxonomy “platform” would show under the custom post type “games” menu. Byut struyctured data removes it. It also removes the taxonomy from post menus i.e. when creating a new game post the option to select which platform taxonomy is disspeared.

I tried deactivating Yoast, as that is the only other plugin that I know that has structured data but it deosn not seem to be that. Must be aconflict with CPT UI plugin perhaps.
