Plugin caused 500 Internal Server Error

I downloaded this plugin and then I tried to change the admin language my site broke down.
It says:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.Here is what I’ve tried:
1. I deleted the plugin.
2. I increased the php memory limit in wp_config file.
3. I renamed .htaccess to .htaccess_old.But still no success! My root website is still working, but it is not a WordPress site. And I’m concerned maybe my .htaccess file for wordpress site is not created, because the one I find in the root folder doesn’t have any wordpress text, just RewriteEngine on / RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST}…
Please can you guide me how to fix my website, any help would be highly appreciated!
