The Chrome issue appears to be a bug in Windows which only shows up in Chrome – https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/ChqjHPFhcQc
However, I’m busy changing the plugin to work around that and a new version should be out shortly.

It does work though. What theme are you using and if it’s not a Genesis child theme, did you follow the instructions on this page?
