[Plugin: Category Page] Only some categories are displayed

Probably your setup have something wrong, because it works.
Check https://demo.pixline.net/?cat=5 to see it working (‘second level’ is a subcategory of ‘sample’).

The only thing I can imagine is that your theme is using a different template hierarchy. But it works ??
