    Thanks for the report. I’ve described the problem and put a fix in place at https://github.com/boonebgorges/buddypress-group-email-subscription/issues/236. You can manually patch your installation if you’d prefer not to wait for the 4.0.5 release.

    So I changed bp-activity-subscription-digest.php and get now:
