Plugin cannot deactivate

Sound like a caching issue, make sure to clear your cache at your host or if you are running a caching plugin.

There is no way the plugin can run if you’ve deleted except for the cache.

I already deleted cache (deactivated W3 Total Cache) plugin and host cache.

Then your caching plugin has an issue. What’s your url?

I just deleted cache plugin and still it shows same content.

If you view your pages source you can see a cached page is being served https://goo.gl/hTVCPB
