Plugin cannot be activated because error

    I downloaded the plugin but the plugin cannot be activated because error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /home/vhosting/x/vhost0066712/domains/zaaltjehuren.nl/htdocs/www/wp-content/plugins/football-data/football_data.php on line 50

    Hi – It seems that you are running old version of PHP. However, we have created a fix; Please re-download the plugin (which has now been updated) and see if it now works for you?

    PS I now updatet also my PHP to 7, was not aware that I was using 5.3…
