[Plugin: CalPress Event Calendar] Merge changes with original ai1ec

Hi Jason Murray,

Can we work out a way to merge your changes in the original ai1ec plugin and instead of having two versions of ai1ec, have just one?

Also, I don’t want to see myself listed as the author of this plugin because I didn’t participate in its creation. Can you remove me from the authors, please?
