    We recently installed the business directory plugin and have been testing it internally before officially publishing it online. There are a few issues that we need assistance with, please.

    First, when one submits a listing, they receive two email notifications regarding their submission, and we also receive two copies of the submitted listing. How may this be corrected?

    Also, when a user tries to upload an image during the submission process, nothing happens. If the page states, for example, that they have 1 image submission left, it will still say that no matter how many images they upload. Upon clicking the “upload image” button, the file simply disappears.

    Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.

    Hi Christian,

    For the emails you receive–are you receiving two copies of the same email, OR are you receiving two notifications of the listing (one for admin, one for the user, who happen to share the same email address?)

    Second, can you point me to an installation that demonstrates this problem? It would be helpful to see it first hand.

    We are receiving two copies of the same email, which state that the submission is being reviewed and may take up to 48 hours. I am not receiving any email notifications for admin. Should I be? The listing simply appears under the directory section in the dashboard, and that’s the only way we know that something has been submitted. However, it appears twice as well.

    So, I’m getting two identical submission emails and two listings.

    Also, whenever images are uploaded using the submission form, they simply disappear.

    What specifically would you like to see? I could forward you the duplicate emails, but everything else we are doing right now is in test mode. Please advise.

    This page shows the directory listings BUT some are off the page at
    the bottom.
    Also there are gaps between parent listings, ( headings )
    Can you help, is this a css problem

    Sorry that you’re having issues here.

    In the future, you should probably start a new thread for your issues as this doesn’t really relate to the prior author’s issues.

    Looking at your site, I’m not entirely certain that Business Directory plugin is installed. Is it? What version are you running?

    The page you link to above doesn’t look familiar.
