[Plugin: BulletProof Security] BPS and WPREMOTE

I have noticed that all my sites that are running BPS won′t do updates using WPREMOTE.com feature.

Today I was on with support and they noticed that the plugin is getting a 403 error. He wrote and told me this:

It seems the backup requests to these sites return a “403 Forbidden” response, this may be because you are using some kind of firewall plugin that is rejecting requests with path sin the URL (for e.g.: ?exclude=/wp-content/backups/.

Then he wrote back to do this, but it didn′t work:

I think this line may be causing the issue:

RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} [a-zA-Z0-9_]=/([a-z0-9_.]//?)+ [NC,OR]

Could you try removing that, then see what you get if you try and do a backup?

Just was curious if you had any thoughts how I might be able to allow BPS to allow these backups.
