[Plugin: Bulk Content Creator] bbPress support

I’m running bbPress 2.1 through a bunch of tests these days, and I came by this plugin of yours. I tried it out and it finds the custom post types for bbPress and successfully adds new topics, but they’re not displayed anywhere since there’s no way to attach a forum in the bulk content creation process.

Please consider adding some additional support for bbPress 2, as this would be a huge help for various testing.
