Plugin buggy
-
After installing the plugin and posting a review, it was a mistake to not “completely” test the plugin before my review.
Upon further testing, the plugin adds an addition page the customer must go through in order to complete the checkout process. This adds up to 3 pages for checkout. Customers only want 1. Yet, the one page checkout plugins are not what a site with 500 products can use.
We would be happy if the site was “back” to just 2 pages – hit the cart and review, change whatever, complete information, go to checkout and once that page is completed the customer is finished.
But this plugin mandates the customer goes to the cart, then checkout, then a third page to enter the credit card information, “then” the customer can complete the order. That’s not acceptable.
Additionally, the plugin has 2 buttons – “Back to Cart” and “Submit”.
The “Back to Cart” does NOTHING!
I’ve looked at the code via Firebug and there is no code allowing the button to work.
We spent a good amount of time trying on 2 different computers. We were unable to get the “Back to Cart” to do anything.
If you come up with a plugin that actually works, let me know. Adding an additional page to the checkout process and parts that don’t work is NOT what I would consider a quality product.
I’ll be deleting the plugin today and finding another.
