[Plugin: Bug Library] Requests and Bugs

I’m using the Bug Library plugin (Love it!), and would like a couple of things added (when you have time):

1. Support for Merging Bugs.
2. Support for back-end notes not visible to users.

Bugs:
1. The Auto-expanding filter doesn’t seem to work on my site( https://www.ultimamapper.com/ second icon from the bottom on the left-hand nav)
