[Plugin: Bug Library] Possible bug in $permalinkpageid for multisite

I love this plugin. it is very clean and functional and I think I can make it work for my internal bug tracking.
However…. when I click on the “Remove All Filters” link on a page that has the [ bug-library ] shortcode, it takes me to https://adminsite.com/bugs instead of https://adminsite.com/subsite/bugs
subsite is the place I have the plugin activated for. Is there a workaround or a fix for this that I have not discovered?
