[Plugin: BuddyStream] This plugin broke everything (DO NOT USE THIS PLUGIN)

My WordPress installation was working perfectly. After I installed Buddystream 2.5.13 , I cannot view anything inside the WordPress Dashboard.

Please fix this Plugin show other users don’t have to deal with this!
