[Plugin: BuddyPress Template Pack] buddypress on Constructor theme

im trying to install buddy press on wordpress 2.9.2. i have the Constructor theme and BuddyPress Template Pack iinstalled as well as buddypress.
on my site i have the “my account” at the top but none of the links in ther work, they just direct me to my homepage ??
any ideas?
