[Plugin: BuddyPress ScholarPress Courseware] Edit profile error

I tried using the BuddyPress Courseware but sadly it wouldn’t fit my current theme, so I deactivated the plugin and deleted it from my site via FTP.

All aspects of the plugin has been successfully removed, however there is a problem when users try to edit their profiles, it shows this: https://i.imgur.com/hrVjQ.png
and they cannot edit anything and when they press ‘base’, it crashes.

Is there anyway to delete this as it is very frustrating and members are becoming annoyed.
