[Plugin: BuddyPress] 'Plugins: Adding So Much More' section in readme needs updating

the Group Email subscription plugin should be added, and the Group WIki plugin should be switched to the BP WIki component plugin, as the former is depreciated. There are a bunch of other great plugins which could be listed here as well. EventPress, Group Tags, Rate Forum Posts to name a few.
