Did you happen to log in an out during that time?

Are you using the latest 1.2.1 drop?

latest version and no I did not log in and out, it just logs all users in and out, non stop, from the moment you enter chat.

It should be fixed in release 1.2.2, which I just uploaded.

updated, now chat window comes up completely blank.. nada zilch.

Blank, really? Did you click on the dashboard button after you activated the plugin?

Did you chmod 777 the bp-chat/config directory?

Sounds like you don’t have it properly installed.

hey, did the update. Changed folder /config to 777 (but it worked before @ 755?)
When you say ‘button’ on wordpress dash, you mean the ‘chat settings?’ sure I did that but not sure how that would make a difference.

Do you have cookies disabled on your browser? I’m keying off of the wordpress cookie to determine if you are logged in or not.

I do not have cookies disabled and I have tested from 3 different browsers.

thinking from a user stand point, stuff just has to work.

Yeah, but I too have placed it on many a server and none of them do what yours does so it is hard to track down.

Can I get an account on your site and see? I want this fixed just as much as you do, but I don’t see it.

I think I just figured out the issue…

My database needed to be purged of old posts…

I just went in and manually deleted them, and the problem seems for the moment to have stopped
