[Plugin: BuddyPress Activity Plus] Images not Showing( WordPress 3.4 and latest BP installed )

Hi, I notice that it is not working on my end. What could be the possible issue? Instead of the actual image, the only thing that appears in the activity stream is the ff:

[bpfb_images] 1_0.557981001341569265_stella-fall-2011-models-mak.jpg [/bpfb_images]
