Plugin Browzer empty after upgrade to wp 4.0

Hi

I upgraded to WP 4.0 and can’t see any plugins in the plugin browzer and also am not getting any alerts re-plugin upgrades.

I run 2 WP sites – one is fine, the other has the problem above.

I re-installed WP 4.0, disabled and enabled all plugins, but no result
