• Hi,

    I am running Chrome on MacOS and got this exception while loading Aloha editor through the frontend plugin.

    I tried v2.3.1 and developper version same issue with both.

    Uncaught TypeError: Object function (a,c,d){var e=a.split(“.”)[0],f;a=a.split(“.”)[1];f=e+”-“+a;if(!d){d=c;c=b.Widget}b.expr[“:”][f]=
    function(h){return!!b.data(h,a)};b[e]=b[e]||{};b[e][a]=function(h,g){arguments.length&&this._createWidget(h,g)};c=new c;c.options=b.extend(true,{},c.options);b[e][a].prototype=b.extend(true,c,{namespace:e,widgetName:a,widgetEventPrefix:b[e][a].prototype.widgetEventPrefix||a,widgetBaseClass:f},d);b.widget.bridge(a,b[e][a])} has no method ‘extend’ aloha.js:30654

    Best regards,

    Jean-Marie

    ps: It is working perfectly into FF 22 on the same machine.

    I run Chrome as my main browser, and I don’t see the error you mentioned when I open the Aloha editor on the front end. I’m using the Twenty Fourteen theme with WordPress 3.9.1 and Front-end Editor 2.3.1.

    If the problem is happening for you in one browser and not another, and the problem isn’t happening for others who try looking for the error, then the first thing I can think of to check is to see if a browser extension is perhaps causing a conflict. If you have any browser extensions installed, then try turning them off to see if that makes the problem go away in Chrome.
