[Plugin: Broken Link Checker] Romanian translation broken

Hi,
The Romanian translatio for “broken-link-checker” is broken in the current version — probably the result of a wrong encoding conversion, which destroyed the diacritics.
I have fixed it, as well as improved some translations that were simply weird… Where can I send the .po file?
