Plugin broken and will not deactivate

I just installed this plugin for my website.
The user interface was not working as I couldn’t get it to show me what I was working on when I tried to edit a lightbox campaign.
Since it didn’t work, I tried deleting it. First, I had to deactivate it, but that did not work. I tried several times until I realized it wasn’t going to budge. I finally had to go to my file manager and delete it by hand.
I do not recommend this plugin… at least not the lite version as it has lots of problems. I hope these issues are resolved in the future.
