Plugin broken after latest update

    Hi! Your plugin is great. I am using it for a service calculator on my website. My form has several dropdown menus and radio buttons. However, after the last update of the plugin and WordPress several minutes ago, everything is broken. All the dropdown menus are showing “First choice”, “Second Choice”, “Third choice” instead of the values I had assigned them. Please, I need assistance.

    Hello, and thank you for the quick response. It is a localhost site, I still have not uploaded it online. It is strange, because the form looks OK in the backend, all the fields are as they should be. However, when I click “Save and Preview”, I see the above situation. Could it be something with the database connection?

    For example, I have a dropdown field called “Document Type”. In the backend its values are exaactly as they should be: 1. Template Documents and 2. Specialized Document. In the frontend I see three choices: “First choice”, “Second Choice”, “Third choice”. I would appreciate any help!
