    Hi,

Is this plugin compatible with current versions of WordPress / gravity forms? I can’t seem to get the lookup fields to fill with data. All the data seems to be in the javascript objects returned in the console, just not filling the fields.

    Hey,

    My demo website is working:

    https://demo.itsupportguides.com/abn-lookup-for-gravity-forms/gst-registered-conditional-logic/

Looking at the form you linked to, it almost looks as if the data fields have been configured but havent been linked to an ABN lookup field (which I suppose I could streamline by making it do it automatically where there is only one in a form).

Can you just check that for your abn lookup data fields (e.g. the GST question) that you have the ABN lookup field listed under the “look abn lookup field’ drop down.

    Pic below as example

    Thanks for the quick response!

I had configured correctly, I just did a bit of messing around and changed my ABN field name from “abn” to “abn1” and one of my text fields and the GST registered radio buttons field started working – I can’t seem to get any other fields working yet though, creating new fields doesn’t seem to help either.

Also, my configuration form seems to display slightly different to yours:

UPDATE – Did some more experimenting – the form builder doesn’t link the forms properly when using Safari – re-tried in Chrome – 100% success.

Changing the field name shouldnt break the link between the lookup and the result.

The different options you’re seeing is because I was showing a ‘radio’ field (which can only take the GST yes/no) and you’re looking at a text field that can take other details.

I’ve just pushed out an update, version 1.6.4, that I hope will sort this out for you.

I’ll try to find time to do some more maintenance later today – so you might see another update later on.

    Safari … ??

I’ll check that out later – if I can fire up a Mac OS. It might be a bigger issue affecting Gravity Forms in general.

started getting the error below since updating plugin:

Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in …./public_html/wp-content/plugins/abn-lookup-for-gravity-forms/abn-lookup-for-gravity-forms-fields.php on line …

v1.6.3 still seems to work, and have it on another domain.

OK – I’ve fixed that in version 1.6.6

    = 1.6.6 =
    * Fix: resolve “Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in” when using PHP 5.6 and below.
